Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we are happy to assist you, provided the product meets the following conditions:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return or exchange.
• A $5 shipping charge will apply to all returns or exchanges (unless the product is faulty). Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for your own shipping to return the item.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Please contact us at customerservice@udrippin.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending your item back.
2. Once you have received the RMA, securely package the item and include the number inside the package.
3. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without the RMA.

Please note: If the item is defective or faulty, no shipping charge will apply, and we will provide further instructions on how to return the product at no additional cost.
